Return and Cancellation Policy

EU consumers' 14-day right of withdrawal (Cancellation and Returns)

This policy explains your right to return, cancel, and withdraw from purchases made through Anormal, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

• Period: You can withdraw from the order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product (or the last part if it was multiple parts).

• You must return the product within 14 days following your notification of withdrawal.

• You can notify your withdrawal by writing to anormallion@hotmail.com or by using the return form.

2. Return Shipping Fee

• Who pays? For returns under the right of withdrawal, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the return shipping fee is covered by Anormal.

• In cases of faulty, defective, or incorrectly sent products, the return shipping fee is always the Seller's responsibility.

3. Refund

• For approved returns, the payment will be refunded using the method you used, within 14 days at the latest.

• The refund amount covers the product price and standard delivery fee (excluding the difference for express delivery).

4. Return Exceptions

The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to their nature (Directive 2011/83/EU art.16):

• Hygiene or health products with an open seal/packaging.

• Custom-made or personalized (special size/print) products.

• Products that are perishable or have an expiring shelf life.

• Sealed digital/media products that cannot be returned after opening.

5. Condition of Returned Product

• You may examine the product to a reasonable extent to understand its features and functionality.

• A deduction may be applied for diminished value resulting from excessive use.
