Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Are your products Stanley brand?

No. Our products are not original Stanley products and have no official affiliation with the brand. Our replacement lids, straws, and boot covers are designed to be compatible with popular tumblers like the Stanley Quencher. "Stanley" is a registered trademark; we only indicate compatibility, we do not sell counterfeit or original Stanley products.

2. How do I know which tumbler my product is suitable for?

Each product page includes compatibility information and measurements (e.g., tumbler mouth diameter, base diameter, lid type). We have separate variants for Quencher-style models with handles and flip lids. If you are unsure, you can measure your tumbler's mouth/base diameter and compare it with the table in the product description, or ask for help from live support.

3. Are your products safe for food contact? Do they contain BPA?

Yes, they are safe. Our products that come into contact with beverages (straws, lids, ice molds) are BPA-free and comply with EU food contact regulations (1935/2004 and 10/2011 for plastics). Our silicone products are tested to LFGB/BfR standards and supported by supplier conformity documents.

4. Can Tritan straws be washed, and are they dishwasher safe?

Yes. Our Tritan straws are reusable and durable; they are a circular alternative to single-use plastic straws. Most models can be washed in the top rack of a dishwasher; for the longest lifespan, we recommend hand washing with the cleaning brush provided with the product. The included brush easily cleans the inside of the straw.

5. How do I use silicone ice molds?

Fill the mold with water, freeze it on a flat surface; once frozen, you can easily remove the ice because silicone is flexible. It produces cubes in sizes that fit your tumbler's mouth, so the ice melts slower. Silicone does not retain odors or stains and is reusable many times over.

6. Can I adjust the drawer dividers to fit my drawer?

Yes. Our drawer dividers are adjustable/modular; they can be positioned to fit different drawer widths or multiple sets can be combined. We recommend comparing the measurements on the product page with your drawer's internal dimensions. Since the material is recyclable, it can be recycled at the end of its life.

7. What exactly do "circular" and "recyclable" mean?

We design our products with a focus on extending their lifespan rather than being single-use: instead of discarding an entire tumbler when its lid breaks, you only replace the lid; you reuse the straw; the dividers are recyclable at the end of their life. Our recycling claims are not vague — they are concrete and documented (e.g., "100% recyclable" is supported by supplier certification).

8. How long does delivery take, and where do you ship?

We ship within the European Union. Since orders are dispatched from our warehouses/3PL centers within the EU, delivery is fast and there is no customs friction. Shipping is delivered duty paid (DDP); meaning you won't encounter any surprise additional taxes at your door. Estimated delivery time is stated during checkout and in the order confirmation, and you can track your shipment with the tracking number.

9. What are your return and exchange conditions?

Under EU consumer rights, you have an unconditional right to withdraw within 14 days. You can return the product unused and in its original condition. The return process can be easily initiated from your account/return flow. For incorrect size or incompatible products, you can contact our support team for an exchange.

10. Can I just buy spare parts (lid, straw)?

Yes — this is the essence of our brand. Instead of discarding an entire tumbler, you can simply order a replacement lid, straw, or boot cover. When your lid breaks, your straw gets lost, or your base wears out, you extend the life of your product by replacing just that one part. You can also purchase multiple spare parts together with our set/bundle options.
