Terms and Conditions

Legal agreement between the buyer and the seller (Terms and Conditions)

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rights and obligations between the consumer ("Buyer") who shops through the Anormal website and Anormal Popup ("Seller," "we"). By confirming your order, you agree to these terms.

1. Parties and Scope

Seller: Anormal Popup, Mandenmakersweg 1/102, 8531 Bavikhove, Belgium. Contact: anormallion@hotmail.com. The agreement is established on a distance selling basis and covers sales exclusively to the end consumer (B2C).

2. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in Romanian Lei (RON) and/or Euro (EUR) and include the applicable VAT (TVA / VAT).

  • Shipping costs are shown separately and clearly before the payment step; the total amount to be paid is clearly stated in the order confirmation.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will be subject to the price at the time of order.

3. Order and Formation of Contract

  1. You add the product to your cart and complete the payment steps.

  2. Once payment is confirmed, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email.

  3. The contract is formed upon sending the order confirmation.

4. Delivery Time

  • Maximum period: Orders are delivered within 30 days unless otherwise specified (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

  • Estimated delivery times: 1–4 business days within Romania, 3–7 business days for other EU countries.

  • If delivery cannot be made within the period, you may grant an additional period or cancel the order and request a refund.

5. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted; all transactions are processed by secure providers:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).

  • PayPal.

  • Local payment methods offered via Mollie.

  • Payments are processed with Stripe, PayPal, and Mollie infrastructure; your card information is not stored on our servers.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the product. Details are regulated in the Return and Cancellation Policy document.

7. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

  • Applicable law: This Agreement is governed by Belgian law. However, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where the consumer has their habitual residence (e.g., Romania) are reserved (Rome I Regulation).

  • If the dispute cannot be resolved, you can appeal to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

8. Liability and Force Majeure

  • The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays arising from force majeure such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical disruptions.

  • In case of a material error in product descriptions, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on our website. Current version date: June 5, 2026.
